OVIDENTIA version will be available
on June 16th OVIDENTIA FX brings you:
- Organization charts
- LDAP authentication
- A new publishing process for articles
- Draft mode
- Possibilities to plan in advance the publishing date and deposit in archives date
- More elaborated access rights on topics (who can read, submit, modify, comment, manage)
- Possibility to add attached files to articles
- Possibility to define approbation workflow schemata using functions defined in the organization charts
- A better integration for the extension modules
- Extension modules can call approbation schemes defined in the portal
- Possibility to create a tree view for questions and answers in FAQ lists
- Delegation of the management of articles for the home pages
- A group of users can be moderator for a forum
- Possibility to customize the registration form for new users
- Possibility for registered users to declare themselves member of groups specifically defined for this purpose
- New OvML extensions
More details about the major improvements described above will be given in the coming days.

The OVIDENTIA organization charts are coupled with the directory function and can be built from user groups already existing in the portal. The validation WorkFlow in OVIDENTIA can use the functions defined in the organization charts.
